Browsing the platform is open to everyone. Consultations are charged per minute at each scholar's rate, and courses may be free or paid. Prices are always shown before you pay.

Create an account and log in. To learn, open Courses and choose Enroll Now on the course you like. For guidance, visit Scholars, open a profile and start a voice or chat consultation.

Every scholar applies with details of their education, institutional background and experience. Our team reviews these before a profile is approved, and approved profiles carry a Verified badge.

Consultations are one-on-one between you and the scholar, and we treat your conversations with care. Please see our privacy policy for details on how your information is handled.

You can ask about fiqh and daily worship, the Quran, family and marriage matters, Islamic finance or personal spiritual concerns. Browse scholar profiles to find someone whose specialization fits your question.

Consultations are priced per minute, and each scholar's rate is shown on their profile before you connect, so you always know the cost upfront. You decide how much time you need.

Voice is ideal when you want a natural back-and-forth conversation. Chat lets you write at your own pace and works well when you can't speak aloud. Pick whichever feels more comfortable.

You first send a consultation request, and the scholar can accept it when they are online. No money is deducted while you are waiting; billing starts only after the scholar accepts and you start the session.

Yes. Courses are self-paced, so you can study whenever it suits you and pick up where you left off. Your progress is saved as you complete lessons.

Courses are organised into modules and lessons. Many lessons include readings and downloadable PDF resources. The course page shows what is inside before you enrol.

Consultation charges are paid from your SteadFast Deen wallet. You can see your current balance before starting a session, and add funds when you need to.

Payments are handled securely by our payment partner. Your card or bank details are entered on their secure checkout rather than stored on our servers.

You can review your details from your dashboard. If something needs to be changed, please reach out to our support team and we will help.

Qualified scholars can apply through our scholar application. Our admin team reviews each application, including qualifications and experience, before a profile is approved.
