3. Scholars and guidance

4. Consultations and billing
Consultations are charged per minute at the rate shown on each scholar's profile. Charges are paid from your wallet. Billing begins only after the scholar accepts your request and the session starts.
5. Courses
When you enrol in a course, you receive access for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share or redistribute course materials without permission.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner. Any refund terms will be set out in our refund policy [to be added before launch].
7. Acceptable use
When using SteadFast Deen, you agree not to:
- Harass, abuse or disrespect scholars, learners or staff.
- Share content that is unlawful, harmful or misleading.

- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our permission.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, its design and its content, including course materials and articles, are owned by SteadFast Deen or its content creators and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use them except as allowed by these terms.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
